Job Description
The Seasonal Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for implementing physician orders for Occupational Therapy services. This role involves providing comprehensive OT care within an interdisciplinary team to help patients return to as independent and safe a lifestyle as possible. The therapist will work with pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients, applying knowledge of growth and development principles to deliver age-appropriate care. The OT must be able to assess patient data and identify individual patient needs based on age-specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Mississippi
- Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in a Rehabilitation setting
