Description

Surgical Tech 2

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel - Clinical Allied

Job Summary

Collaborate with the surgical team to provide patient care, ensuring patient goals are met and organizational mission is supported.
Perform procedures across various specialties requiring specialized knowledge and skills.
Demonstrate advanced collaboration with peers in surgical patient care decision-making.
Other duties as assigned.

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist, including experience within the last year.
High school diploma or GED is required, along with one of the following:
- Completion of a formal Surgical Technologist Program
- Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist
- Completion of a Froedtert Health sponsored Apprentice II Program
- Accumulation of ten or more years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
