Respiratory Therapist
Location
- Jackson, Michigan

Work Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
Job Summary
- Provide life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, and medical gas therapy to patients.
- Perform invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures in Intensive Care and General Practice Units.
- Maintain clinical expertise across various departmental assignments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare team members regarding patient care.
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Respiratory Therapists, orientees, externs, and students as assigned.
- Complete necessary patient billing information.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Michigan
- Registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
