Mental Health Coordinator

Location: Hartsville, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel Health Services
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Shift: Days (typically 8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Hours per Week: 40 hours (guaranteed) with open availability per scheduling policy


Job Summary

Provide clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature, including:

  • Conducting mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews
  • Developing, implementing, and modifying individual treatment plans based on evaluations
  • Documenting treatment and evaluation activities in health care records
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Applying psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment
  • Delivering mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Mental Health license in Tennessee (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Minimum 5 years of mental health experience, including experience within the last year

Additional Information

  • Fingerprinting is completed on the first day; guaranteed hours begin while clearance is pending
  • Preferred candidates hold LCSW or LPC-MHSP licenses; LMFT may also be considered
  • Must be able to work a 40-hour week with flexibility according to scheduling policies
