Description

Licensed Practical Nurse - SNF

Location: Eden, North Carolina
Employment Type: Clinical-Allied
Shift: Days
Hours per Week: 36 (12-hour shifts)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Perform duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within the LPN scope of practice.
Participate in developing and implementing individualized interdisciplinary plans of care based on biophysical, psycho-social, and age-specific needs.
Monitor patient outcomes and report abnormal findings to clinical management.
Administer specified medications according to established standards and policies.
Document patient status following unit-specific procedures and comply with federal and state regulations.
Maintain required educational standards as mandated by the Board of Nursing.
Perform other duties as assigned within the LPN scope of practice.

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in North Carolina
Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
Skilled Nursing Facility experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
