Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Pediatric Dialysis

Shift and Hours

• Shift: 5:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Hours per day: 12
• Hours per week: 36

Job Summary

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric dialysis patients.
• Assume responsibility for assigned patients or groups.
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and treatments.
• Assist physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor physiological data and intervene as necessary.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous infusions and blood products.
• Communicate care plans to patients and families during care and at discharge.
• Delegate tasks to clinical support staff as needed.
• Foster an inclusive and professional nursing environment.
• Maintain professional development through mentorship, coaching, and certification upkeep.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric dialysis experience within the last year.

Education

• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.

Licensure and Certifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
