RN UP - ED

Location

Urbana, Illinois

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

Night shift
12 hours per day
36 hours per week
2 call shifts per 6-week schedule period
2-week nights rotation required for all travelers
No block scheduling

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
ED - Emergency Department (3 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

BSN
TNCC

Role Summary

Registered Nurse providing emergency department nursing care
Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, nursing interventions, documentation, and safety
Collaborates with providers, patients, families, and staff to support care delivery

Additional Notes

EPIC experience required
Call shifts are 13 hours, with expectation that the traveler is onsite within an hour
