Cardiovascular Invasive Radiologic Technologist
Location
- Peoria, Illinois
Schedule
- Day shift
- 10-hour shifts

Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Radiology Technologist license in Illinois
- Cath Lab Radiology Technologist (3 years of experience)
- Cath Lab Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (Radiology)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate's degree in a related field or certificate of completion for a radiology program
- Knowledge of hemodynamic concepts
- Knowledge and competency in moderate sedation administration and policy protocol
- Knowledge of EP concepts, theory, and fluoroscopic anatomy and physiology involved in diagnostic and interventional EP procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac, vascular, and electrophysiologic procedures
- Perform hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation
- Set up and operate procedural equipment
- Support patient care, education, and safety during procedures
- Maintain aseptic technique and sterile field practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and report equipment issues
- Manage digital archiving and patient image/report storage
- Interpret EKGs and alert the physician to irregular activity
