Description

Certified Surgical Technician CVOR - Michigan, Jackson

Job Summary

Assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients in the cardiovascular operating room (CVOR).
Perform a variety of technical duties related to surgical technology.

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Call every fourth weekend (Friday through Sunday)
On-call once per week within a six-week rotation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of CVOR Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Cardiovascular Technologist experience
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Certification as a Surgical Technologist
Completion of a formal surgical technologist program

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent computer skills
Surgical technology expertise
