Registered Nurse — PACU
Location

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (3 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Education
- ASN required
- BSN preferred
Role Overview
- Provides nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process
- Completes assessments, develops care plans, implements interventions, and updates plans based on patient needs
- Maintains accurate nursing documentation
- Supports patient and staff safety
- Communicates directly and privately when needed to resolve issues
- Provides constructive feedback to peers and identifies personal learning needs
