Physical Therapist

Location

• Conroe, Texas
• On-site outpatient developmental therapy clinic

Schedule

• Day shift
• Option for 12-hour shifts on Monday, Thursday, and Friday
• Remote documentation may be available if 12-hour shifts are used

Contract Length

• 14 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience working with Pediatric patients

Role Summary

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment for patients from infancy through adulthood
• Work with an interdisciplinary care team in an outpatient developmental therapy setting
• Develop individualized care plans, goals, and treatment coordination with patients and families
• Monitor patient response, recommend adaptive equipment, and fabricate orthotic equipment/supplies when needed
