Description

Nuclear Medicine Tech I

Assignment Details

Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Hours per week: 40

Role Overview

Produce high-quality images that meet radiology standards.
Work with a variety of equipment and technology.
Follow safety guidelines for patients and staff.
Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
Be flexible to work at different locations and shift lengths.

Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Florida
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
CNMT or ARRT (N) Nuclear Medicine

Preferred Experience

Experience with nuclear medicine equipment and procedures
Excellent patient care skills
Ability to work professionally within a large team
Ability to operate a PET/CT scanner and/or perform Nuclear Cardiology Cardiolite perfusion scans

Education

Associate’s degree preferred
