Description

Emergency Department RN

Location: Goldsboro, North Carolina
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 or more years of Emergency Department experience
Emergency Department experience within the last year

Preferred Education

BSN or MSN from an accredited school of nursing

Role Overview

Provides competent clinical nursing care in a hospital setting
Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process
Works with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care, discharge planning, and continuity of care
Participates in patient education, care planning, quality improvement, and safe care practices
