Description

Echo Technologist

Location

Normal, Illinois

Contract

13 weeks
Day shift
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
On-call: 1-2 days per week

Role Summary

Performs routine and complex echocardiographic sonography imaging procedures
Supports physicians and sonographers in delivering high-quality echocardiographic exams
Reviews patient data, documents accurately, and helps manage patient flow
Cross-trains to other divisions of cardiovascular services

Required Qualifications

Cardiac Sonographer with 3 years of experience
Cardiac Sonographer experience within the last year
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CCI)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate's degree in ultrasound
3 years of previous healthcare experience
