12-hour shifts

6-week scheduling periods
6 weekend shifts per scheduling period

Active RN license
Experience in MedSurg/Telemetry nursing

Role Summary

Provides direct patient care on the unit, including assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient and family education, and care coordination
Uses the nursing process, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Delegates and oversees patient care tasks appropriately
Participates in quality improvement activities and supports a healing environment
