Description

RN UP - ED

Location

Urbana, Illinois

Contract

13 weeks
Night shift
36 hours per week
12-hour shifts
No block scheduling
2 call shifts per 6-week schedule period; call shifts are 13 hours and require the traveler to be onsite within an hour

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
ED - Emergency Department (3 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Education

Key Responsibilities

Provide emergency department nursing care using the nursing process
Complete patient assessments and develop care plans
Implement and modify nursing interventions and plans of care
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Support patient and staff safety
Collaborate with providers, staff, patients, and families
