Description
Physical Therapist Outpatient Glenwood Springs Valley View Campus. Working 4-10 hour days/week, weekdays will vary, but al will include a Saturday schedule. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
BLS through the American Heart Association.
Flu Vaccination – no declinations accepted - required Oct 1st through April 1– must be from THIS flu season
