Description
• 2+ years of recent LTAC experience required; LTC experience does not qualify
• Proficiency with ventilators, tracheostomies, and critical drips
• Comfortable with 1:6–7 patient ratios
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) required
• Minimum 1 year of recent EPIC experience
• No local candidates — must live 100+ miles from the facility

My recruiter Julie is amazing! She responds and handles what I need fast. The facility (Northoaks ) that I’m at is very travel friendly. I actually hope to renew.
Cons
Units have a lot of travelers. My badge doesn’t work to let me in anywhere but once I emailed the right people they fixed it mostly. Some doctors are rude but that is anywhere. I was floated the first day after the one buddy shift that was given but it wasn’t bad.
