• 2+ years of recent Operating Room RN experience (some in the past year)
• Active Compact or ID RN license in good standing

Units have a lot of travelers. My badge doesn’t work to let me in anywhere but once I emailed the right people they fixed it mostly. Some doctors are rude but that is anywhere. I was floated the first day after the one buddy shift that was given but it wasn’t bad.
