Unit Specifics: Number of Beds :17 Patient Ratios :1:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :1RN/1CST per room, turn over staff, 1 charge RN, 4:1 Anesthesia coverage. Inhouse night shift. Type of equipment :XI Robot, advanced spine, Mako joint robot, Documentation system:Meditech Scheduling requirements:3 call shifts(12hr) x 4 weeks. Days and nights available Floating policy:none required Patient Experience requirements:AIDET Requested Skill Set: Circulating RN in general OR to include Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Vascular, and Trauma and Robotic obgyn and Urology cases Surgical procedures in the following areas: General, trauma, Ortho(trauma and elective joints/sports medicine)Urology, GYN, XI robotic utilization, plastics, Neuro(complex crani and spine services) Cardio/thoracic dedicated staff.
