Description

RN House Supervisor – Travel Assignment We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a House Supervisor role in a busy acute care setting. This position provides leadership across multiple inpatient units, ensuring safe staffing, smooth patient flow, and high-quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise inpatient operations across Float Pool, Women & Children’s, and Med-Surg units Support staffing coordination and clinical decision-making Serve as a resource for nursing teams and patient care support Requirements Minimum 3 years direct patient care experience At least 1 year of Charge Nurse experience required BLS certification required Strong leadership and critical thinking skills Schedule & Expectations Weekend and holiday coverage required HWL prescreen interview followed by manager interview and final offer Additional Info Travel only – 200-mile radius rule applies (no locals) All RTO or scheduling requests must be submitted at time of application (no changes after submission)

Advantage Staffing Services Job ID #731. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
