LOCAL VS TRAVEL: TALENT WHO RESIDE LESS THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY WILL BE AT A LOCAL RATE; THE LOCAL RATE IS 10 LESS THAN THE POSTED BILL RATE.
