VIBRA TRAVELS is seeking a CORPORATE TRAVEL PHARMACIST DIRECTOR/PHARMACIST IN CHARGE to join our growing network of healthcare professionals. We are looking for detail-oriented, highly dependable pharmacists with a strong background in hospital settings. Setting: Acute Rehab hospital (ARU/IRF)
Schedule: 5x8's, with on call as needed
Travel or local candidates accepted

Qualifications/Skills:
- Required Certifications: BLS through American Heart Association
- State Licensure Requirements: CA Pharmacist license (or reciprocity)
- Minimum year’s experience: 2 yrs as licensed pharmacist, 1+ year as director/PIC
- Required experience: hospital pharmacist experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a PharmD or equivalent degree

Additional Qualifications/Skills:
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• Experience with pharmacokinetics and anticoagulation preferred.
• TPN experience required.
• Previous acute care experienced required.
• Automated pharmacy dispensing.
• IV Laminar flow hood.
• Electronic medical records experienced preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of drug therapies, dosing, interactions, and compounding practices
• Experience with electronic medication records and order entry systems (e.g., Pyxis, EPIC)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to function independently and make sound clinical decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and hospital compliance requirements
• Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace

POSITION SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises the following positions: Pharmacist, Pharmacy Techs, Students
