Description

Qualifications/Skills:
- Required Certifications: Current CSFA or CFA certification
- State Licensure Requirements: Only accept the NBSTA certification and must reflect the CST-FA certificatio
- Minimum year’s experience: 2+ years of clinical experience
- Required experience: neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, hepatic-biliary
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical First Assist program preferred
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
• Proficiency in sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
