Description

Duration 13 weeks
Position Summary
Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physicians order.

Position Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, where accepted. Masters degree required otherwise.
- Required Certifications: BLS
- State Licensure Requirements: NBCOT registered and licensed per state of practice requirements
- Minimum year’s experience: 2 years
- Required experience: preferred experience with inpatient rehabilitation prior to applying
Current, valid, and active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.
