Certifications and Licenses
Must Hold:

• _valid Ohio State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred but may be required)

Job Description
As a critical member of our healthcare team, the Registered Nurse (RN) at Lima Memorial Main Campus is responsible for providing high-quality care to ICU patients during night shifts. In alignment with the health system's mission, vision, and values, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on age-specific criteria. Your clinical judgment, grounded in scientific knowledge and advanced skills, ensures safe and personalized patient management. You will also play an active role in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Unit Secretaries, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.

• Proven experience in critical care or ICU settings, demonstrating strong clinical skills and decision-making ability
• Exceptional assessment skills and attention to detail in patient care planning
• Ability to work independently during the night shift while maintaining effective teamwork
• Strong communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient and family interactions
• Flexibility and adaptability to the dynamic ICU environment

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU or CCU nursing experience
• Prior experience with ventilated patients, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency interventions is highly desirable

Additional Details

• Weekly stipend: $335.39
• Taxable weekly pay: $548.50
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
• Assignment duration: December 22, 2025, through March 23, 2026
• ASAP start preferred
