Certifications and Licenses:

• Valid RN licensure in Nebraska/Iowa is required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is mandatory.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is mandatory.
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during night shifts.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a similar hospital unit.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse patient caseload with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong assessment skills and attention to detail.
