Description

Job Title: RN - Med Surg
Facility: Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital
Shift: Days (Please confirm with the facility for specific hours)
Start Date: November 17, 2025
Assignment Length: 17 weeks (until March 16, 2026)

Certification and License Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or applicable state license)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – Preferred

What you bring:

Valid RN license and current immunizations as per hospital policy
Demonstrated experience in medical-surgical nursing, delivering comprehensive patient care across diverse populations
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills to manage multiple patients effectively
Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced hospital environment

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited programs
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Med Surg experience in a hospital setting
Proven ability to handle a high volume of patients while maintaining quality care standards
