Job Title: Travel Labor and Delivery RN
Facility: Banner Payson Medical Center
Shift: 3x12s - Night Shift
Start Date: 01/12/2025
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Scheduled End: 28/02/2026
Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours/week

Certifications and Licenses:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Additional certifications preferable but not mandatory depending on facility requirements

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in Labor and Delivery nursing with a strong understanding of obstetric and neonatal care.
• Excellent patient assessment skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and provide compassionate patient care.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic clinical environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere for patients and staff.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and relevant clinical protocols.
• Experience working night shifts and handling multiple deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly Taxable Pay: $2,353.04
• Weekly Stipend: $1,246.00
