Job Title: RN - ICU
Facility: Albany Medical Center
Shift: 19:00-07:30 (Night Shift)
Start Date: November 30, 2025
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Scheduled End: January 3, 2026

Certifications and Licenses:

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• Epic certification REQUIRED.
• Must pass a competency test within 24 hours of submission, sent via email. Please ensure an up-to-date email address is provided at the time of application.

What you bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, specifically with trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system is mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with excellent critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed, demonstrating adaptability across different ICU specialties.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Prior experience working in a large hospital setting.
• Familiarity with trauma centers and neurological care units.
• Proven ability to handle complex patient cases with minimal supervision.

Additional Details:

• Scrub color/dress code: Navy blue scrubs.
• Parking: On-site parking available.
• EMR system: Epic.
• Work schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts.
• Duration: 13 weeks with extension possibilities.
• Weekly Stipend: $1,421.00
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $2,367.68
