Job Description:
Yavapai Regional Medical Center - West is seeking experienced registered nurses to join their dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple units, including Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical (Med Surg), and Telemetry (Tele). This role involves floating between units as needed, providing flexible and comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and adapting to different clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Med Surg, Tele, and PCU units.
• Float between units as required, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Adhere strictly to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted State Nursing License in Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts and coordinate floating assignments comfortably.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Proven experience working in fast-paced hospital environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Prior experience with patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
