Start Date: ASAPContract Length: 3-6 months (up to one year)
Setting: Home Health
Schedule: M-F, 8-5pm
Guaranteed Hours: 30 (let's submit higher)
Cancellation Notice: 30 Days
EMR System: Home Care Home Base
Productivity Expectations: 5-6 visits/day
Experience Required / New Grad Friendly: Open to NG's at reduced rate
Bill Rate: $80
Notes (if applicable): Maryland & Delaware Licensure needed. Can start with one of the two pending

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
