ADMISSIONS ROLE -
No starts more than 30 days out.
(3) 12's. checking on weekend requirements
Priority given to clinicians with current FL ACHA check (be working in FL or have worked in Florida in the past 2 years - Steve G can do the check for you if they are not currently working in FL)
Must have HCHB experience outlined on profile.
Must have solid and recent Admissions experience outlined on profile (how many per day, week or month)....ideally on HCHB but not required.
Housing - we'll need to know what they are doing for housing and what their budget is. Please do not submit until you've discussed this with Jay. Ft. Myers 'could' be an option but even then, one would be commuting in an hour to and from work each day. regardless of what google maps says, traffic is not factored in when it says '40 minutes.' 1 bedroom private can start at $1600/mo, even more.
Avow 1 bedroom apartment may be available for a discounted bill rate. Check with Jay on that.
Flu Vaccination - clinicians are required to get the Flu vaccination. ZERO declinations. Please confirm on the submission this won't be a problem. This is even for positions outside flu season.
Nicotine Free - they must pass a nicotine drug screen and could be tested anytime during the contract. No nicotine gym/patches as those show up on the test.

Naples is the most expensive city in Florida to live. Clinicians need to know this going in. Beauty comes at a price. Also, for those who use RV's, they must do their research in advance as RV spots often booked up in advance, especially for the months of October to April (FL High Season)
Territory - Collier County.
Client rarely schedules contract staff on Holidays.
Client generally does not allow for OT so therefore, any OT needs to be pre-approved.
