Description

Clinician may float to Oregon sites therefore, Oregon RN license is encouraged, however not required at submittal. Application for OR licensure is required upon accepting the contract!
Requirements:

Must have 1 years minimum of current Hospice Case Management experience
Active Washington or Compact license
American Health Association BLS
Must have active DL and Auto Insurance
Acute/Med Surg experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
