Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate

OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

Med Surg ( Renal, Urology, Transplant) care experience [required]
at least '1' travel contract completed within previous 12 months
EPIC emr experience [required]

Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Med Surg / Medical Surgical experience [required]

Nursy’s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document]
Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
