Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse – PCU Float
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week (traveler's choice)

Job Description:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering nursing care across multiple acute care units, including ICU, Step Down, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and ER. Maintains required competencies for each unit and supervises/delegates care to ancillary personnel within scope of practice. This position is represented by CNA.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) – Required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
1 year of ICU, Step-Down/Progressive Care, High-Risk L&D, or ER experience within the last 5 years – Required
Completion of a Critical Care Course or equivalent experience – Preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

Current RN license in state of practice – Required
BLS – Required
ACLS – Required
PALS – Required within 60 days of hire/transfer
TNCC (or enrollment in upcoming course) – Required
