Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients with injuries, illnesses, or functional limitations. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, and support patients in restoring mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to assess physical limitations, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury prevention
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety guidelines, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, rehabilitation, home health, or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
