Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Location: New Rochelle, NY
Onsite – Long Term Care Facility
Position Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting by assisting with activities of daily living and supporting their overall comfort and well-being. Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will help ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and person-centered care. Responsibilities

Option to work every weekend or every other weekend
Key Duties
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
-
Turn, reposition, and safely ambulate residents as needed
-
Deliver meals, beverages, and assist residents with feeding when necessary

Monitor and document food intake, fluid intake, and urinary and bowel output
-
Record vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing team

Provide supportive patient care, including comfort measures such as ice packs, dressings, and therapeutic baths as directed

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support resident care

Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures
Requirements
Education
-
Required: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Licenses & Certifications
-
Required: Current New York State Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
Skills
-
Minimum of 3 months of long-term care experience preferred

Demonstrates a caring, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to resident care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
