Now Hiring: On-Site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Bilingual Preferred

Location: Coalinga, CA 93210
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site
Start Date: August 2025 (2025–2026 School Year)
Compensation: $40-52/hr.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool-aged students (ages 3–5) in a school-based setting in the Coalinga, CA area. This is a full-time, in-person role beginning with the 2025–2026 school year.

While bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred, all qualified SLPs are encouraged to apply.

Speech Language Pathologist Position Details:

• Caseload of up to 45 preschool students

• 1 paraprofessional aide to assist in the classroom

• In-person, site-based services

• Collaboration with early childhood teams and IEP development required

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Active California SLP license

• Experience working with early childhood populations

• Comfort delivering therapy in both individual and group settings

• Strong communication skills for working with families and educators

• Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) is a plus
