School Based Physical Therapist 
 
We are partnering with Chicago area schools to find a part time pediatric physical therapist for the 2025-65 school year. 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
*Provide physical therapy services (diagnostic and treatment and consultation)  to students with physical therapy needs. 
*Coordinate with school staff to meet students' IEP  requirements. 
*Prepare, present and attend IEP, Conferences, Parent meetings  as appropriate. 
*Additional responsibilities as assigned. 
 
Experience: 
*Prefer Physical Therapist with pediatric experience; will consider a new grad with appropriate  clinical experience. 
*Pediatric or School based  PT preferred. 
 
Skills 
*PT license as issued by IDFPR. 
*Able and willing to travel to multiple sites. 
 
Work Hours 
*Follow school hours Monday-Friday; depending on the school’s hours. 
* Part time 3 days/wk 
 
Salary and Benefits 
*$43/hr for new grad, other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay.  
*Full time employees eligible for: Medical, dental, vision, Long/short term disability, Life Insurance, 401k, Flexible and Child Care Spending Accounts and Paid Time off and sick time accrued. Virtual healthcare assistance available. Some benefits offered for part time employees. 
*Continuing ed/materials fund available for full time employees.
