Physical Therapist (PT)
Compensation Range: $60-65/hour

Location: Newport, NH; Onsite – School Setting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to students as identified by IEPs and referral processes
• Assess student needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other service providers to promote student participation and success in school activities
• Attend meetings and contribute insight as part of each student’s support team
• Utilize creative, evidence-based strategies to help students reach their mobility and developmental goals

Required Qualifications:

• Active NH Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus
