Hourly Rate: $48.00 – $53.00 per hour

Position Summary
RCM Healthcare Services is hiring school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for positions in the Salem, OR area. This role involves delivering speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment.
Responsibilities
• Schedule / Shift
- Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
- Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Contract length: 2026–2027 school year
• Key Duties:
- Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students up to age 5
- Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
- Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans
Requirements
• Education
- Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Licenses & Certifications
- Required: SLP License from Oregon Board of Examiners for SLP (BSPA)
- Required: Specialized endorsement through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)
- Required: Fingerprints
Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments
- Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
- Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and speech evaluations
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
