Travel Nurse RN - Intermediate Care

We are hiring nurses with experience in intermediate care settings for internal travel assignments at ECU Health Edgecombe Hospital in Tarboro - a scenic small town in eastern North Carolina.

Unit details
- 35-bed flex unit (23 medical beds, 12 intermediate)
- Staffing ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 RN-to-Patient
- Primary population: Adults requiring general or intermediate care for conditions like cardiac disease, end stage renal or liver disease, respiratory disease, sepsis, CVA, DKA and more.

Minimum requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Greater than 1 year of nursing experience is required
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required

Compensation package
- Base pay: up to $63/hour for all travel nursing positions
- 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay
- Additional $3.00/hour for stand-by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay
