02/10/2023 Traveler makes own 8 hour day schedule Mon - Fri Majority is outpatient services, they do take care of long term care facility and acute patients as well $80 bill rate 1 position needed Mon - Fri No weekend / no float Guaranteed hours per week:36 Required Certifications: pt and npi Covid Vaccine: Religious / Medical Exemptions or decline / must have a belief and a conflict Flu Vaccine: Religious / Medical Exemptions or decline Years of Experience - 2 years 1. We would be looking at 40 hours per week, 7 to 5 pm. - traveler makes schedule 2. We have 5 PT’s with patient population including outpatient ortho, inpatient rehab, sports medicine, home health, LTC, etc. 3. No weekends or holidays. 4. No call 5. There may be some outreach involving nursing home coverage in a 30 mile radius. It should not be often however. Also, assistance may be needed with our industrial med program but only if William is comfortable with that.
