Job Summary and Qualifications

• Provides occupational health services and assists in development of systems, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Conducts pre-placement health screenings for clients.
• Provides triage/treatment for injuries and illness.
• Assesses and provides vaccinations as needed.
• Provides for TB (PPD) skin testing.
• Evaluates lab titer results and provides immunization recommendations and requirements.
• Obtains specimens for drug and alcohol testing.
• Maintains inventory and storage of vaccine and medication stock.
• Immunization record keeping per regulatory compliance.
• Serves as the Company Care representative for Workers' Compensation related issues involving third party administrators, representatives of the hospital or agencies.
• Manages the worker’s compensation program and provides case management for active client cases.
• Performs various office duties: filing, coping, ordering supplies, and phone calls.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
