Job Title: RN UP - Endoscopy CMH Surgery

Location: CMH Surgery

Job Summary:
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. The RN develops individualized care plans, evaluates patient progress, modifies care plans based on evidence-based practices, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, technical equipment management, patient advocacy, and adherence to hospital policies.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum three (3) years of applicable experience
• Fluent in English (written, spoken, and comprehension)
• Basic computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheet, email, web browser)
• Multicultural sensitivity
• Critical thinking skills and independent judgment

Preferred Qualifications:
• BSN

Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Illinois state RN license in good standing
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
