Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist Location: Indiana Job Summary: Clinical Staff Pharmacists are responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy. They support centralized and decentralized medication use systems and deliver optimal medication therapy to patients with diverse disease states. Responsibilities include drug preparation and distribution, medication order evaluation, serving as a drug information resource, monitoring and managing medication regimens, and overseeing pharmacy inventory. Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.</li><li>Indiana Board of Pharmacy license in good standing.</li><li>ACLS certification required within 6 months.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Hospital work experience.</li></ul> Additional Information:<ul><li>Primarily responsible for order verification and checking medications before they leave the pharmacy.</li><li>May need to compound sterile products occasionally, typically medications under immediate use per USP 797.</li><li>Supervises and checks sterile products compounded by pharmacy technicians.</li></ul>
