Job Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting nursing personnel in providing patient care within the scope of certification and training while adhering to regulations. This role requires active participation in fulfilling the Mission, Vision, and Values of HRH, demonstrating behavior consistent with Core Values, and supporting HRH goals and quality improvement processes.

Required Qualifications:
 

• Experience as a CNA in an acute/hospital setting.
• Ability to read and write at a level sufficient to fulfill documentation requirements.
• Physical ability to lift objects over 100 lbs. and frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
 

• CNA certification in the state of practice.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Education:
 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
