Job Title: RN-Emergency Department-Urgent Care

Location: Sellersburg, IN

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) implements professional nursing practices centered on the patient as a whole person, fostering a caring environment focused on healing and wellness. Practices are evidence-based, aligned with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines. Responsibilities include direct patient care, assessments, treatments, patient education, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning. The RN utilizes critical thinking, creativity, and clinical decision-making across all phases of the nursing process.

Required Qualifications:
- No prior experience required.
- Proficiency in administering medications, performing medical procedures (e.g., wound care, IV therapy), and utilizing medical equipment.
- Strong assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and task prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and patient education.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, disease processes, and healthcare regulations.
- Empathy, adaptability, and clinical expertise to meet patient needs.

Required Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).

Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
