Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Home Health Location: State of Michigan Contract Length: Not specified Job Summary: Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor, implements treatment programs and organizes and conducts a variety of sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities designed to help clients regain physical or mental functioning and/or adjust to their handicaps. Performs other related duties as required in a home care setting. Required Qualifications: <ul><li>One (1) year of clinical experience.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and a telephone.</li></ul> Required Education: <ul><li>Four (4) year baccalaureate degree program accredited by the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.</li></ul> Required Certification &amp; Licensure: <ul><li>Registration by the State of Michigan as an occupational therapist.</li><li>Must possess a current State of Michigan driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.</li><li>BLS certification.</li></ul>
